Due to your Owala FreeSip water bottle being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please send us a message. If your product is damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt (daintyhedgehog@gmail.com) with photos showing the damage along with the engraving.
