What’s your turnaround time?

It depends on the item and how many orders are in the queue. Most things we can ship in a few days, but during the holidays it may take a bit longer.

Do you make custom items?

We do personalized/corporate logos on our custom drinkware. We’re happy to design something for you for a fee.

We have licensing partnerships with the Ohio schools shown on the site—we are unable to customize those as they require school approval. We cannot do items for other schools.
